Itinerary
Day 1Tbilisi → Zugdidi (Dadiani palace) → Enguri dam → Mestia. Overnight Mestia.
Day 24×4 to Ushguli: Lamaria church, the towers, optional walk towards the Shkhara glacier. Return to Mestia. Overnight.
Day 3Hatsvali cable car or Chalaadi glacier walk; Svaneti museum; return to Tbilisi (late) or Kutaisi/Batumi.

Questions

Can we fly to Mestia?
Yes, weather permitting; we then meet you with the car. The drive back via the Black Sea coast is a good alternative.

Is Ushguli reachable in winter?
Usually not by road; the tour becomes a ski and snowshoe programme around Mestia.
