Groups, incentives and conferences in Georgia (MICE)

Tbilisi has direct flights from most of Europe and the Gulf, good hotels at sensible prices, and a dinner culture (the supra) that does more for a team than any workshop. We run the whole programme: venue, rooms, transport, guides, dinners and the paperwork.

What we organise

• Incentive trips — three to five days: Tbilisi, a wine day in Kakheti, the Caucasus at Kazbegi, a closing supra with polyphonic singers.
• Conferences and study visits — venues from 20 to 500 delegates, simultaneous interpretation, airport logistics, partner programmes. Our founder is a professor of public health; medical and academic groups are a specialty.
• Groups — alumni, clubs, families, school and university groups; coaches up to 50 seats with licensed drivers.

How we work

1. You send dates, size, budget range and aims; we reply with a draft programme and a budget within three working days.
2. One contract with Sheni LLC (Georgian company, EUR/USD/GEL invoicing, VAT invoice available), one contact person, 24-hour phone during the event.
3. Deposit 20 %, balance 30 days before arrival; cancellation terms per group in the contract.
