Booking conditions — G Tour private tours

These conditions apply to every private tour, transfer and service booked with G Tour, a brand of Sheni LLC (შპს „შენი“, ID 406548222, Tbilisi). Version of October 2026. The terms of use of the website and the privacy policy apply alongside them.

1. Who you are dealing with

Your contract is with Sheni LLC, trading as G Tour, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (identification number 406548222, Gorgasali Lane 3, Krtsanisi district). Tours are operated by G Tour with licensed drivers and guides; hotels, restaurants and attractions are independent businesses.

2. How a booking is made

You send an enquiry through a tour page, the trip planner, WhatsApp or e-mail. A travel expert confirms availability and the exact price for your dates and group size in writing. The booking is confirmed when the deposit is received. Until then no seats, cars or rooms are held.

3. Prices

Prices on the website are in euro per person, based on two people travelling together, and include a private car with driver, fuel, parking, road tolls and (where stated) an English-speaking guide. Entrance tickets, meals, hotels and personal expenses are included only where the tour page says so. Prices for one traveller and for groups of three or more follow the table on each tour page and are confirmed in the written quote. Payment may be made in euro, US dollars or lari at the National Bank of Georgia rate of the day.

4. Payment

A deposit of 20 % confirms the booking, by card link or bank transfer. The balance is due at the start of the tour, in cash or by card, or in advance by transfer if you prefer. Card payments are processed by the bank; G Tour does not store card numbers.

5. Cancellation by you

• More than 7 days before the start: free cancellation, deposit refunded in full.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before the start: 50 % of the tour price is due.
• Less than 48 hours before the start, or no-show: 100 % of the tour price is due.

Hotel bookings made for multi-day tours follow the hotel’s own cancellation terms, which we tell you in the quote. Refunds are made within 10 working days by the method you paid with.

6. Changes and cancellation by us

If a mountain road or pass is closed by the Roads Department, or weather makes a route unsafe, we offer an alternative route of equal value, a new date, or a full refund — your choice. If we must cancel for any other reason, you receive a full refund. We are not liable for costs outside the tour (flights, hotels booked elsewhere).

7. Insurance

Since 1 January 2026 every foreign visitor to Georgia must hold health and accident insurance for the whole stay with cover of at least 30,000 GEL. You are responsible for holding a valid policy; see our guide to the rule. Our vehicles carry compulsory passenger liability insurance under Georgian law.

8. During the tour

Itineraries are private and flexible; the driver and guide may adjust the order of stops for weather, traffic or safety. Children travel with seats on request. Smoking in vehicles is not permitted. Please tell us about mobility needs or medical conditions before the tour so we can plan the pace.

9. Complaints

Tell the guide or driver immediately so it can be put right on the day; otherwise write to info@castle.ge within 14 days of the tour. We answer within 5 working days.

10. Law

These conditions are governed by the law of Georgia. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
