Booking

How do I book?

Choose a tour or describe your trip in the planner or by WhatsApp; a travel expert confirms the itinerary and price in writing within two hours in working time; a 20 % deposit confirms it. Nothing is charged before you agree.

Are tours private?

Yes, every departure is private: your party, your car, your guide. We do not mix groups.

How far ahead should I book?

Day tours: a few days. Multi-day tours in July–October and the New Year period: four to six weeks, because mountain guesthouses fill up.

Prices and payment

Why “per person for two”?

Because a private car and guide cost the same for one or two people. The table on each tour page shows 1, 3 and 4–6 travellers; larger groups are quoted. See what is included.

Which currencies and cards?

EUR, USD or GEL; Visa and Mastercard through a bank payment page; bank transfer for groups. Payment policy.

What if I cancel?

Full refund up to 7 days before, 50 % to 48 hours, none after. Cancellation policy.

Practical

Do I need a visa?

Most visitors do not, and may stay up to a year. Entry rules.

Is insurance required?

Yes, since 2026, with medical cover of at least 30,000 GEL. Insurance guide.

What languages do guides speak?

English and Russian always; German, French, Hebrew, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Turkish on request. Private guides.

Can children come?

Yes — child seats free, pace adapted. Children and family policy.

What should I bring?

Layers (mountains are 10 °C cooler than Tbilisi), closed shoes for monasteries and paths, a scarf for churches, sun protection, your passport, your insurance certificate. Each tour page has a “what to bring” line.

What if the weather is bad or a pass is closed?

We re-route or reschedule at no cost; the guide decides on safety. Live road status.
