Payment and security policy

Nothing is charged until you have a written confirmation with the itinerary, the price and these terms. Then a deposit holds the booking and the balance is paid before or on the day.

What you pay and when

• Deposit: 20 % of the tour price confirms the booking.
• Balance: by secure card link before the tour, or in cash or by card on arrival for day tours; for multi-day tours the balance is due 30 days before departure.
• Transfers and services under €100 are paid in full on the day unless the confirmation says otherwise.

Currencies and prices

Prices are published in euros per person for two travelling together; the price table on each tour page shows 1, 3 and 4–6 travellers. You may pay in EUR, USD or GEL. Conversions use the National Bank of Georgia rate of the day of payment (we show today’s rate on Georgia today); the EUR figure in your confirmation is the price. Prices include VAT where applicable; Sheni LLC issues an invoice on request.

How card payments work

We send a payment link from a licensed Georgian bank’s payment page (3-D Secure). Your card details are entered on the bank’s page, never on gtour.ge, and we never see or store full card numbers; we keep only the last four digits and the transaction reference needed for refunds. We do not take card numbers by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, and we will never ask you to pay to a personal account or by cryptocurrency — if anyone does so in our name, it is fraud: tell us at info@castle.ge.

Bank transfer

For groups and companies we accept SWIFT or SEPA transfer to Sheni LLC’s account, details on the invoice. Transfer fees are borne by the payer; the booking is confirmed when the money arrives.

Receipts and invoices

Every payment produces a receipt by e-mail. A VAT invoice in the company’s name is available for business travellers and groups — ask when booking.

Tips

Tips for guides and drivers are never included in the price, never compulsory and never collected by the company.

gtour.ge is served over HTTPS with HSTS; forms are protected against spam; we do not run advertising networks or sell data. See the privacy policy.
