- In Batumi and Kutaisi expect sustained rain showers all day, so plan indoor activities or delay travel.
- Drivers heading toward Kazbegi or Gudauri should fit winter tyres and allow extra time for snow-covered roads.
- Avoid the Pshaveli-Abano-Omalo road (km22-72) and the Kutaisi-Alpana-Mamisoni road (km107-112), both currently restricted.
Rain dominates the west with Batumi and Kutaisi both near 100% chance of showers, while Tbilisi stays dry but overcast around 11°C; in the mountains Gudauri sees heavy snow and sub-zero temperatures, with Kazbegi and Mestia also under light snowfall. Trucks with trailers remain banned on the Gudauri-Kobi section, and the lari trades at 2.60 to the US dollar.

- Trucks with trailers and semi-trailers banned on Gudauri-Kobi section
- Certain types of vehicles banned on Nichbisi-Didgori-Didi Toneti road
- Traffic Banned on Tsana–Lasdili and Ushguli–Lasdili Sections
- Traffic restricted for 2 weeks on Kutaisi-Alpana-Mamisoni road, km107-km112 section
- Traffic Banned on Pshaveli–Abano–Omalo Road, km22–km72 Section
- Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili road, km177-km178 section: traffic temporarily closed
Recently reopened: Trailer and semi-trailer traffic resumed on Gudauri (Post Office)–Kobi section; Traffic for high-clearance vehicles resumed on the Tsana-Lasdili and Ushguli-Lasdili sections; Traffic fully restored on the road at the entrance to Oni; Traffic Resumed on Zugdidi–Jvari–Mestia–Lasdili Road, km177–km178 Section.
