“Gudauri Hills Apart Hotel” is located in beautiful Gudauri, it’s location is close to the first ski lift, 50 meters from the ski slope, with “Ski in Ski out” function. The construction of “Gudauri Hills Apart Hotel” was completed in 2019 and was officially opened on December 20 of the same year.

We offer 29 rooms, consisting of four types of apartment categories, two types of restaurants, with Georgian and European cuisine. 8mX4m swimming pool, with multiple hydromassage functions, steam room and dry sauna. We also have a Lounge room, where you can relax and have fun with various board games.

On the first floor of the hotel there is a “Ski Depot” where you can store your ski equipment. During your stay on the territory of the hotel you can use the free open parking. There is also a car electric charger located here.
