Wine Company “Barakoni” was founded in 2015 and is located in the Racha-Lechkhumi viticulture and winemaking region, in the village of Bostana, Ambrolauri Municipality. The company was named “Barakoni” because of one of the main cultural monuments of Racha, Barakoni Church. The name is associated with antiquity and cultural strength, the preservation and multifaceted development of which (merging with modernity) is the main mission of the company. The founder of the company is winemaker-technologist Kakhaber Gordeziani, who has many years of experience in the field of winemaking.
