In 1976, the building that housed the Hotel “Adjara” was constructed. At that time, this hotel was one of the largest not only in Georgia but in the entire Transcaucasia region.
In 2010, the same building became home to the Holiday Inn hotel, a member of the IHG Group (Intercontinental Hotels Group).
The hotel spans 21 floors and offers 270 rooms.
It includes the “Adjara” restaurant, which seats 100 guests and provides a pleasant atmosphere along with Georgian and European cuisine.
Additionally, the hotel grounds feature a seasonal outdoor pool and 8 multifunctional halls designed for meetings and events, with the smallest hall accommodating 15-20 people and the largest up to 250.
