The road from Mtskheta to Stepantsminda is one of the most travelled stretches in Georgia, climbing from the ancient capital through Pasanauri and Gudauri before reaching the foot of Mount Kazbek. It passes through what locals call khinkali country, a corridor of roadside and town restaurants that has fed pilgrims, traders and travellers for generations. This list gathers restaurants licensed and registered along that route, from the cathedral town of Mtskheta to the mountain village beneath Gergeti Trinity Church.
Entries below were selected by the GTour desk from the national register of licensed hospitality places. Selection criteria were location along the Mtskheta–Kazbegi corridor, an established presence at a known address, and what each place offers a traveller passing through. No payment was accepted for inclusion, and no ratings are claimed; this is a register-based guide, not a review.

How to use this list
This list follows the geography of the road itself, moving from Mtskheta’s cathedral quarter through Gudauri’s resort strip to the approach into Stepantsminda and the Gergeti Trinity parking area, so travellers can match a stop to the stage of their journey rather than treating the entries as a ranked or rated selection.
