A private car and English-speaking driver for the day, from Tbilisi to wherever you choose, with no guide script and no fixed stops.
- —Up to 10 hours and 250 km per day, with fuel, tolls and parking already included in the €150 price
- —Choose sedan, minivan or 4×4 depending on group size and terrain
- —Driver speaks English and handles the road, not the commentary, so you set the pace and the stops
- —Same flat rate covers Mtskheta, Kakheti, Gori or Kazbegi, since distance within the day is already built in
- —Add a licensed guide separately if you want explanations at specific sites, without paying for one you don't need
- —Multi-day rates available if you want the same driver and car for several days running
- ✓ English-speaking driver for up to 10 hours
- ✓ Up to 250 km of driving
- ✓ Fuel, tolls and parking
- ✓ Driver's meals
- ✓ Clean, insured vehicle (sedan, minivan or 4×4)
- ✓ Flexible stops along your chosen route
- — Entrance tickets to sites (checked at booking)
- — Extra kilometres beyond 250 km, billed at €0.35 each
- — Extra time beyond 10 hours, billed at €8 per hour
- — A guide (available separately, see private-guides pricing)
- — Driver's tip, at your discretion
- · This is a driver, not a guide. For site history and context, book a licensed guide alongside the car, or combine both for a full private day
- · Sedan carries up to 3 travellers, minivan up to 7, 4×4 up to 4; a 4×4 is required for Tusheti, Ushguli and winter mountain passes
- · Roads to Kazbegi and Svaneti can close in winter weather. Check https://gtour.ge/road-status/ before confirming a mountain route
- · Bring cash in lari for entrance fees and any informal roadside stops, since not all sites take cards
- · If your plan runs long, tell the driver early so the extra hour or kilometre charge is no surprise at the end of the day
- · For trips of several days with the same car and driver, ask about the multi-day rate rather than rebooking a new day each time
Is the driver also our guide?
No. The driver handles the road and the car; he is not trained to narrate sites. Add a licensed guide separately if you want explanations at the places you visit.
Can we change the route after pickup?
Yes, within the 10-hour and 250 km allowance. Longer or farther days are possible at the extra per-kilometre and per-hour rates, agreed with the driver as you go.
Which vehicle should we choose?
Sedan suits up to 3 people on paved roads. Minivan suits groups up to 7. 4×4 is needed for Tusheti, Ushguli, and mountain passes in winter conditions.
Is this priced per person?
No. The €150 rate is per car per day, regardless of how many people are travelling inside it, up to the vehicle's seating limit.
Prices are per vehicle in euros, including fuel, parking and the driver; passengers up to the seats stated. Every transfer is private. Hotels, wineries and restaurants on our routes are verified by GTour.
