Is the driver also our guide?
No. The driver handles the road and the car; he is not trained to narrate sites. Add a licensed guide separately if you want explanations at the places you visit.
Can we change the route after pickup?
Yes, within the 10-hour and 250 km allowance. Longer or farther days are possible at the extra per-kilometre and per-hour rates, agreed with the driver as you go.
Which vehicle should we choose?
Sedan suits up to 3 people on paved roads. Minivan suits groups up to 7. 4x4 is needed for Tusheti, Ushguli, and mountain passes in winter conditions.
Is this priced per person?
No. The €150 rate is per car per day, regardless of how many people are travelling inside it, up to the vehicle's seating limit.
