A three-hour walk through four places of worship in one small stretch of Tbilisi, from the Great Synagogue to the Blue Monastery.
Can we go inside during prayer times?
Non-worshippers are generally not admitted to the mosque or synagogue during active prayer; your guide times the visit to avoid this, but it is checked at booking.
Is this tour suitable for children?
Yes, the walking distance is short and flat, though the content is more about history and religion than entertainment, so it suits older children better than toddlers.
Why does the walk end at the Lurji Monastery instead of staying in Old Town?
It is the closest Georgian Orthodox site to the other three, and including it completes the picture of Tbilisi's religious diversity rather than leaving it at three faiths.
Can this be combined with the sulphur baths or a market walk?
Yes, both are nearby; ask us to pair this with the Sulphur Baths Experience or the Tbilisi Market and Street-Food Walk on the same day.
Prices are per person for two travelling together, in euros; solo travellers and larger groups are quoted on request. Every departure is private and adjusted to you. Hotels, wineries and restaurants on our routes are verified by GTour.
