Our promises to travellers

Marketing says “best”; a promise says what happens if we fall short. These seven are written into every confirmation.

1. The price in writing is the price. No booking fee, no card surcharge, no fuel or exchange-rate adjustment after confirmation. If you are charged more than the confirmation says, the difference is refunded twice over.
2. A person replies within two hours in working time (09:00–21:00 Tbilisi), and always the same day. Not a bot, not a ticket number.
3. Change your mind for free up to 7 days before. Dates, route, hotel category — rebuilt without a fee; cancellation within the published scale.
4. Licensed guides, in your language, introduced by name before the tour, bound by our code of conduct. If a guide does not speak the booked language fluently, that day is free.
5. No commissions, no kickbacks. Where we take you is where we would go; shops and restaurants pay us nothing and we tell you if that ever changes.
6. Safety decides. If a road closes or weather turns, we change the plan or the date at no cost — never push through for the schedule. See the health and safety policy.
7. Your data is used for your trip and nothing else. No lists sold, no photographs of you published without your explicit yes. See photography and personal data.

If we break a promise

Write to info@castle.ge within 28 days; the complaints procedure applies, and the remedy named above is paid without argument.
