Small-group departures 2027 — guaranteed dates, seats and prices

Every G Tour itinerary can be booked privately on any date. The departures below are the shared, small-group version: a fixed date, a maximum of eight travellers, a guaranteed guide and vehicle, and a per-person price. Join alone, as a couple or as a small party; the day-by-day programme is the one on the tour page.

The 2027 group dates are published here as soon as the tour operations team confirms them. Until then every itinerary is available as a private tour on any date:

How a departure works

• A departure is guaranteed once two travellers are confirmed; we never cancel a guaranteed date for low numbers.
• Maximum eight travellers; a departure shown as “full” can usually be matched with a private alternative on the same dates.
• Price is per person sharing a double room where accommodation is included; single-room supplements are stated on request.
• To hold a seat, send the request form; the desk confirms availability within two hours in working time and sends the deposit instructions (30% by bank transfer or card link, balance 21 days before departure). Terms: cancellation and refund policy, payment and security.
