Travellers rightly ask who stands behind a website. Here is the full answer, in plain words.

The company

G Tour is a brand of Sheni LLC (შპს „შენი“, identification number 406548222, registered 9 February 2026, legal address Gorgasali Lane 3, Krtsanisi district, Tbilisi; director Ioseb Demetrashvili). Office: Castle in Old Town, 3 Betlemi Rise, 0105 Tbilisi. Paris office: 32 Boulevard de Rochechouart, 75018 Paris. Contact: info@castle.ge, WhatsApp +995 577 41 63 14. Sheni LLC also operates the Castle in Old Town hotel and is part of the Sheni media network founded in 2003. Public registry extract and VAT status are provided on request.

Licensing in Georgia

Georgia does not operate a mandatory licensing regime for tour operators; the Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) maintains a voluntary register of tourism businesses and certifies guides. G Tour works only with GNTA-licensed guides and with transport, accommodation and catering businesses that hold the registrations their own activity requires (see the supplier code). We have applied for listing on the GNTA’s places register and will show the entry here when published.

Insurance

• Vehicles used on our tours carry the compulsory third-party and passenger insurance required by Georgian law for passenger transport; copies are available on request before travel.
• Travellers must hold travel insurance with medical cover of at least 30,000 GEL for the duration of their stay (Georgian requirement since 2026); it is not included in our prices. Our guide explains accepted policies.
• Sheni LLC’s liability for its own fault is set out in the booking conditions; we do not accept liability for airlines, weather or acts of third parties beyond our control, but we help with claims.

Taxes and invoices

Prices include Georgian VAT where it applies; invoices are issued by Sheni LLC in EUR, USD or GEL as paid.
