What is included in a G Tour price

Every tour page lists its own inclusions. This is the standard behind them, so there are no surprises.

Always included

• Private vehicle with driver, fuel, tolls and parking; pickup and drop-off at your Tbilisi address (or the address agreed).
• Licensed guide in the booked language for the full itinerary (driver-only tours say so).
• Bottled water in the vehicle; child seats on request.
• Planning by a travel expert before the trip and office support by phone during it.
• VAT where applicable and all company fees — no booking fee, no card surcharge.

Included when the tour page says so

• Entrance tickets, cable cars and museum fees.
• Wine tastings and masterclasses.
• Meals, named by meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Hotels on multi-day tours, by category, with breakfast.
• 4×4 transfers (Gergeti, Ushguli, Tusheti).

Never included

• International and domestic flights; travel insurance (mandatory since 2026 — guide); visas.
• Personal expenses, drinks beyond those listed, tips.
• Services not in the itinerary that you choose to add on the day; the guide tells you the price before you commit.

Price basis

Prices are per person for two travelling together, in euros; the table on each tour page gives 1, 3 and 4–6 travellers. Prices for 7 or more, and for children, are quoted per booking. Prices are fixed in your confirmation and do not change afterwards, whatever happens to exchange rates or fuel.
