Supplier and partner code

“Verified by GTour” on a place page means it is in the official register and we have checked the details. Working with us as a supplier means more than that.

Who we work with

• Businesses listed in the Georgian National Tourism Administration register, with a valid company registration and the licences their activity requires (food safety, transport, accommodation).
• Transport companies whose vehicles carry passenger-transport insurance and whose drivers meet our code of conduct.
• Partner agencies abroad under a written agreement with Sheni LLC; our only safari partner is Africa Calling Safaris (Nairobi), which runs and prices those trips itself.

What we ask

• Honest descriptions and photographs; prices agreed in writing and not changed on the guest.
• Fair employment: staff paid lawfully and on time; no child labour; no forced labour.
• Safety: fire exits, working smoke detectors and first-aid provision in accommodation; hygiene certificates in kitchens; life jackets on boats.
• Respect for guests: no discrimination on any ground; privacy of guest data.
• Environment: lawful waste and water handling; no captive wild animals as attractions.

What suppliers can expect from us

Payment on the agreed date; clear briefings with guest numbers and needs; credit on our pages with a link to their own website; an honest hearing if a guest complains; and no demand for commissions or free services.

Review and removal

A supplier is removed from our routes after a substantiated safety or honesty problem, and the related place page is updated. We tell the supplier why.
