A three-hour walk through Marjanishvili, Aghmashenebeli's courtyards and Fabrika, where Soviet factory yards have become [Tbilisi](https://gtour.ge/georgia/tbilisi/)'s street art and coffee district.

The route

[Tbilisi](https://gtour.ge/georgia/tbilisi/)

Why this tour

- —Covers the left bank's main street art concentration: courtyard walls off Aghmashenebeli Avenue and the Fabrika complex

- —Visits Chugureti, a 19th-century merchant district now mixed with murals and small design shops

- —Stops at independent coffee roasters and galleries chosen for quality, not tourist volume

- —Led by a guide who knows which courtyards are open to the public and which are private

- —Flat route, easy pace, no entrance tickets needed for the outdoor sections

- —Pairs well with the Old Town walk for a fuller picture of how [Tbilisi](https://gtour.ge/georgia/tbilisi/)'s two banks differ

Questions

**Is this tour suitable for children**
Yes, the walk is flat and short, though the street art and gallery focus suits older children and teenagers better than toddlers.

**Do we go inside the galleries at Fabrika**
We point them out and the guide explains what each one shows, entry to most is free, but we do not schedule fixed gallery visits since opening hours vary.

**What happens in bad weather**
The walk runs as planned, courtyards and covered sections of Fabrika offer some shelter, bring an umbrella if rain is forecast.

**Can this be combined with the Old Tbilisi walk**
Yes, many guests do both on the same day with a lunch break in between, ask us when booking and we will plan the timing.
