Good to know

- · The road narrows to a single lane past [Khelvachauri](https://gtour.ge/georgia/khelvachauri/); allow extra time in July and August traffic

- · The path to Mirveti waterfall has uneven stone steps and is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers

- · Bring comfortable closed shoes and a light rain layer, weather in the valley changes quickly

- · Carry your passport, since part of the route runs close to the Turkish border

- · The village house has basic facilities only, including the toilet

- · Priced at €175 per person based on two travelling together; solo travellers and larger groups are quoted separately

Questions

**Is this tour suitable for children?**
Yes, the pace is easy and the waterfall walk is short, though the stone steps need supervision for small children.

**Do we need our passports?**
Yes, part of the route runs through a border-adjacent zone, so carry a passport; any specific requirements are checked at booking.

**Is the lunch vegetarian-friendly?**
Both the khachapuri and borano are vegetarian; tell us in advance about other dietary needs.

**What happens if it rains?**
The tour runs in light rain; in heavy rain we may reorder the stops or skip the waterfall path for safety.
