Good to know

- · Churches and monasteries require covered shoulders and knees; headscarves for women are sometimes expected and usually available at the entrance

- · Without a car, walking distances in Old [Tbilisi](https://gtour.ge/georgia/tbilisi/) and between some sites can be significant; comfortable shoes are worth it

- · If you want a day trip outside [Tbilisi](https://gtour.ge/georgia/tbilisi/), confirm whether you are bringing your own car or need to add a driver, since the guide fee alone does not include transport

- · October weather in [Tbilisi](https://gtour.ge/georgia/tbilisi/) is mild but variable; a light jacket covers most days

- · Museum and site opening days vary by season and are worth checking at booking, since several close on Mondays

- · Mobile signal is reliable in [Tbilisi](https://gtour.ge/georgia/tbilisi/) and most day-trip destinations, weaker in parts of Kakheti's back roads

Questions

**Does the guide drive the car?**
No. The guide accompanies you in a car you arrange, a taxi, or a driver booked separately through us; the guide fee itself does not include transport.

**Can I request a language other than English or Russian?**
Yes. German, French, Italian and Hebrew are available for a supplement of €25 on top of the day rate, confirmed at booking.

**Can the guide plan a day outside Tbilisi?**
Yes, within the nine-hour limit and realistic drive times; Mtskheta, Gori, Kakheti wine country and similar day trips are common requests, checked against road conditions at booking.

**What if I only need a few hours?**
A shorter city walk of up to four hours is available at a lower rate; ask us for that option if a full day is more than you need.

Prices are per vehicle in euros, including fuel, parking and the driver; passengers up to the seats stated. Every transfer is private. Hotels, wineries and restaurants on our routes are [verified by GTour](/verified/).
