Three days of day hikes from a Mestia hotel base: Chalaadi Glacier, the Hatsvali chairlift and Zuruldi ridge, and Koruldi Lakes with an optional 4x4 lift.

| День 2 | Morning guided walk to Chalaadi Glacier, about 2 to 3 hours round trip through pine forest with a gradual approach to the glacier face. After lunch in Mestia, take the Hatsvali chairlift up and walk the ridge toward Zuruldi for open views of Ushba and the main Caucasus ridge. |
| День 3 | Full day at Koruldi Lakes above Mestia. Choose the full hike, around 900m of ascent over roughly 3 to 4 hours each way, or take the 4x4 jeep lift to a higher starting point and walk the final stretch to the lakes. Return to Mestia in the afternoon, then private transfer back to Zugdidi. |
Is this trip camping-based?
No. You sleep in a Mestia hotel both nights and go out on day hikes, returning to the same base each evening.
Can we skip the long Koruldi hike?
Yes. A 4x4 jeep lift takes you partway up, leaving a walk of about 1 to 1.5 hours to reach the lakes.
What happens if the weather closes a trail?
Your guide adjusts the plan on the day, for example swapping the order of hikes or shortening a route; this is common in Svaneti and is not a refund situation.
How fit do we need to be?
Moderate fitness covers Chalaadi and Hatsvali. Koruldi Lakes on foot is more demanding; the 4x4 option is there for anyone who prefers it.
