Manoni Akhvlediani, the host of Zanduri’s House, launched her gastro-tourism venture in 2020 alongside her son and daughter-in-law in the village of Ghvirishi, located in the heart of Lechkhumi. Their mission is to revive the cultivation of Zanduri wheat in the region.
