The family hotel is located in municipally of Chiatura, village Gezruli, situated on Likhi Range. 700 meters above sea level. The environment is clean, there is not any pollution at around 20km of radius. The family hotel is surrounded by century old mixed forest.

Climate is formed by subtropical climate from the west and dry climate from the east, which is perfect for high quality tea production.
