Palermo is a hotel property located in Georgia’s Ajara region, situated on Davit Aghmashenebeli Street. This thoroughfare is one of the longer avenues associated with Batumi, Ajara’s coastal capital, linking central districts with outlying neighborhoods and providing straightforward access to the wider city by road.

The surrounding area reflects Batumi’s character as a Black Sea resort city, with the seafront boulevard, the historic Old Town, and the city’s commercial core all reachable from this part of the avenue. Travelers arriving by road or from Batumi’s airport and bus terminals can generally reach the street without difficulty, making it a practical base for exploring the city’s promenade, parks, and central squares at a short distance.

Palermo suits visitors seeking accommodation along a well-connected city street rather than directly on the seafront, including those who prioritize ease of access to Batumi’s main attractions and transport links over a beachfront setting. The listing is included in the national tourism register and has been verified by GTour, with map and contact details available for further planning.
