It sits at 2 Kobaladze Street alongside its sister towers — Orbi City, Orbi Beach Tower, Orbi Sea Tower, Orbi Plaza and, in the mountain resort of Bakuriani, Orbi Palace. The group’s official website presents these properties together, under a shared loyalty programme, shared contact line and largely shared service pages, rather than publishing a dedicated page of building history, room inventory or named restaurants for Orbi Residence on its own. ### The building and its history Orbi Residence forms part of a cluster of high-rise hotel and residential towers built by the Orbi Group in Batumi during the city’s construction boom of the 2010s, when the Ajara coastline saw a wave of new tower developments aimed at tourism and seasonal residence. The official website does not give a construction date, architect’s name or original use for this specific tower, so no dated timeline can be offered here with confidence. Visitors wanting precise construction history should ask hotel staff directly, since the group’s public pages concentrate on current guest offers rather than building archives. *Image: Orbi Residence Hotel — Tall glass tower overlooking the sea with coastline and beach visible below. — Tall glass tower overlooking the sea with coastline and beach visible below. Its homepage and sub-pages promote the Orbi group’s broader guest benefits — membership rates, package deals and private sales — rather than listing individual room types, sizes or in-room amenities for this tower. Travellers who need details on room categories, bed configurations or specific views (sea, mountain or city) are directed by the site to make a reservation enquiry or contact the hotel, as this information is not laid out publicly for Orbi Residence at the time of writing. ### Restaurants, bars and venues The group’s website advertises two dining venues in Batumi without clearly stating which Orbi tower houses them, so they are listed here as part of the wider Orbi Batumi complex rather than confirmed exclusively as Orbi Residence outlets. **Italy 32** — described by the website as an Italian dining venue in Batumi, offering what it calls handcrafted recipes, a wine gallery and panoramic views, open daily from 13:00 to 00:00. **Restaurant Panorama** — described by the website as the largest restaurant complex in Batumi, with views over the sea and mountains. Guests wanting confirmation of which of these venues, if any, operate inside Orbi Residence itself rather than a neighbouring Orbi tower should check with the hotel directly before booking a table. ### Wellness, pool and fitness The Orbi Hotels group operates a shared spa page covering “Facial & Body treatments,” which the website says includes Swedish massage, acupressure therapy, a “relax” treatment for back, neck and shoulders, and anti-cellulite and facial massage. The site states that an in-house therapist is available to help guests choose a suitable treatment. No pool or fitness facilities specific to Orbi Residence are described on the official website, so guests should confirm the availability of a pool or gym at this particular property directly with the hotel. ### Meetings and events The group’s events page is limited to a single stated offering, “Concerts and festivals,” with no further detail given on venue capacity, meeting rooms or event packages at Orbi Residence. Businesses or groups planning an event should contact the hotel directly for specifics, since the website does not set out conference or banqueting facilities for this property. ### Awards and memberships The hotel is linked to the ALL loyalty programme, which the website describes as offering savings and a discount across more than 3,000 hotels starting from a guest’s first reservation. No other awards, star ratings or hospitality-association memberships are stated on the official website for Orbi Residence. ### Prices and booking The official website does not publish fixed room rates for Orbi Residence on its general pages; it instead promotes member rates for guests who create an ALL account and points to “exclusive offers and private sales” available through direct booking. Current prices and availability are shown only once a stay is checked on the official booking site. ### Location and getting there Orbi Residence Hotel is located at 2 Kobaladze Street, Batumi, in the Ajara region of Georgia.
