Kvirikashvili Brothers Marani is a family-run wine cellar, or marani, located in the village of Tsitelkhevi in the Imereti region of western Georgia. Imereti is one of the country’s traditional winemaking areas, historically associated with qvevri fermentation and indigenous grape varieties such as Tsitska, Tsolikouri and Rkatsiteli, and a visit to a marani in this region typically offers insight into these local winemaking traditions.

Tsitelkhevi lies within reach of Kutaisi, the regional capital, which serves as the main transport hub for the area and offers access to landmarks such as Bagrati Cathedral, Gelati Monastery and the Prometheus Cave. The surrounding Imereti countryside is characterized by rural villages, vineyards and limestone karst scenery, making the area suitable for travelers combining wine interests with nature and cultural sightseeing.

This listing suits visitors interested in small-scale, village-based wine production and those exploring Imereti’s rural wine routes as part of a broader regional itinerary through western Georgia.
