Kintsvisi Marani is a wine-producing site located in Kintsvisi Village, in the Shida Kartli region of eastern Georgia. As the name suggests (“marani” meaning wine cellar in Georgian), the venue is associated with local winemaking traditions in a region historically known for its vineyards and qvevri wine culture.

Kintsvisi village itself is modest in size and best known for the nearby Kintsvisi Monastery, noted for its medieval frescoes, which draws visitors interested in Georgian religious architecture and art history. The broader Shida Kartli area sits between Tbilisi and the mountainous Racha and Kazbegi regions, with the town of Gori — birthplace of Stalin and home to a well-known museum and the ancient cave city of Uplistsikhe — serving as a regional hub and common access point for travelers heading toward this part of the country.

According to the register, Kintsvisi Marani is currently closed temporarily. Visitors interested in the site should confirm its status before planning a trip, and in the meantime may consider the monastery and other regional landmarks as points of interest in the area.
