Hotel Sunset Terrace is a hotel property located in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region of western Georgia, listed and verified in the national tourism register. It stands on Boris Kakhiani’s street, a residential thoroughfare in Zugdidi, the regional center known as the historic seat of the Dadiani princely family.

Zugdidi serves as a common base for travelers heading toward the mountainous Svaneti area, with Mestia and the high Caucasus accessible by road from the town. Within Zugdidi itself, visitors can reach the Dadiani Palace Museum and botanical garden, the central park, and the local market, all within a short distance of the town center. The town is connected by regular road and rail links to Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and the Black Sea coast, making it a practical stopover for those exploring both the lowland Samegrelo region and alpine Svaneti.

This location suits travelers seeking a base in Zugdidi before continuing toward Svaneti or exploring the historic and cultural sites of the Samegrelo region.
