Courtyard by Marriott Batumi is a hotel property located on Sh. Khimshiashvili street in Batumi, the regional capital of Ajara and Georgia’s principal Black Sea resort city. As part of the Courtyard by Marriott brand, it is positioned within an international hospitality network, offering travelers a recognizable standard of service in a coastal setting.

Batumi is known for its seafront boulevard, Old Town architecture, botanical garden, and a skyline that mixes modern towers with Soviet-era and 19th-century buildings. The city serves as a hub for both leisure visitors drawn to the beach and nightlife, and business travelers attending conferences or corporate meetings. Batumi International Airport provides direct access to the city, and the hotel’s location allows for reasonable proximity to central attractions, dining, and the waterfront promenade.

This property suits visitors seeking a dependable, brand-affiliated base for exploring Batumi and the wider Ajara region, whether for short leisure stays, business trips, or as a starting point for excursions along the Black Sea coast.
