Chubini Wine Cellar is a small, family-run winery that makes natural and authentic Qvevri wines. It was started by Tornike Chubinidze, who, at just 25 years old, moved from Georgia’s capital, Tbilisi, to the village of Shilda in Kakheti in 2016 to begin his own winemaking journey.

In September, Chubini crushes its first grapes, and by 2017, the winery bottled its first vintage of wine. Even though we produce only a small amount, our wines have been exported to ten countries on three continents—showing our focus on quality rather than quantity.
