In 2014, Natia and Shota moved from the noisy city life to their ancestral home in the village of Alvani, where they began producing wine in their cellar and cultivating traditional Georgian wheat varieties such as Tchvel, Doli, Shavphkha, and Dika. Later, they decided to host guests for wine tastings and dinners.
